Online Phish Tour: Alpine Valley - The Cleanest Ghost of 3.0 > The Best Theme Since 1.0

The second night of this year's Alpine Valley run has been overshadowed quite a bit by the first night--the first night has, arguably, the best first set of recent memory coupled with, possibly, the best jam of 2010 (Down with Disease -> What's the Use?). However, the second night has quite the epic second set as well. While it didn't contain improv darted into the realm of the previous night, the straight forward jams we were treated to feature some stand outs that should not be forgotten.

Video: Umphrey's McGee "Miss Tinkle's Overture" 3.1.2007 The Orange Peel ~ Asheville, NC

This steller video of Umphrey's McGee performing "Miss Tinkle's Overture" was shot in Asheville, NC and found it's way to the Oh Kee Pah suggestion box this morning via Pete Bell. Pete shot this as part of a UNC-TV live segment about the live music scene in Asheville. The video was shot on 1 Sony HDCAM PDW-700 and 1 Sony HDV Z1U. Pete had a SBD feed directly into the HD CAM and then mixed it with the camera mic and the UM Live Matrix source.

Great work Pete and thanks for sharing with us!
