Ernest Joseph Anastasio Winter Symphony Tour 2012

Former 8ft. Florescent Tubes frontman, Trey Anastasio, will launch his first-ever orchestral tour in February of 2012. The tour will find Trey performing with the Atlanta Symphony, the Pittsburgh Symphony, the Colorado Symphony and the Los Angeles Philharmonic. The programs, conducted by Scott Dunn in all four cities, will feature orchestrations of classic Phish songs and solo Anastasio compositions.

Tickets will be available through a real time presale beginning Thursday, December 1, at 10:00 am ET and ending Wednesday, December 7, at noon ET. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Thursday, December 8, for Denver and Los Angeles, and Friday, December 9, for Atlanta and Pittsburgh. Visit www.trey.com for further details.

The release showcases three complete shows recorded live November 21 & 22, 1997 Hampton Coliseum, Hampton, VA and November 23, 1997 Lawrence Joel Veteran's Memorial Coliseum, Winston-Salem, NC, in the midst of Phish's legendary 1997 Fall Tour. Hampton/Winston-Salem '97 contains all the music played over these three shows for a total of 45 songs (8 hours of music from Paul Languedoc's stereo soundboard mix, remastered by Fred Kevorkian). The Box also includes never before heard material from soundchecks at both venues. Hampton/Winston-Salem '97 is available for preorder now at Phish Dry Goods.
